Céline graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa French Common Law Program in 2007. She was the recipient of the Osgoode Society Prize for Canadian Legal History, which is awarded to the top 10 students in the graduating class. Céline received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003 from the University of Ottawa, with a specialization in Marketing and International Management. Fluently bilingual, Céline practices in all areas of employment and labour law. She joined Emond Harnden as an Associate in 2008, after having articled at a large national firm in Toronto. Before embarking on her legal career, Céline worked at the Treasury Board of Canada, Secretariat and the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada as a Program Officer in the Employment Equity Division where she assisted various governmental departments and agencies in developing tools to attract and retain a more diverse workforce. Céline is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and le Regroupement des gens d’affaires.
