Lynn is a highly regarded expert who provides counsel to both public and private sector clients with a focus on education, healthcare and technology. He has particular depth of expertise in the areas of human rights, wrongful dismissal and labour relations. Nationally recognized within the legal community, Lynn has been consistently designated as a ‘most frequently recommended leading practitioner in labour relations and employment law’ in peer surveys conducted by LEXPERT. Lynn has managed a number of landmark cases in the areas of employee absenteeism, employee disability and disputes involving devolution of public sector enterprises to the private sector. He holds a CHRP designation from The Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario, and holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Law School. Lynn is past President of the Ottawa Human Resources Professionals Association and past Chair of the Federal Government Affairs Committee of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. He also participated in the Canadian delegation to Sri Lanka in 2001 lecturing on Canadian approaches to alternative dispute resolution.
