J.D. provides counsel in rights arbitrations and Labour Relations Board proceedings, as well as advising and representing employers on certification applications and collective bargaining. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and Queen’s University. J.D. is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Big Sisters Big Brothers of Ottawa. A former tennis coach, he has coached some of the best junior tennis players in Ontario. He is a runner, golfer and mountain biker.
